Conway Design-Build specializes in the total process of planning, constructing and servicing custom homes. Our journey is unique, personal, and ensures that your new home is everything you dreamed it would be. Here is how it works:
No journey can begin without a starting point. Our starting point is the homesite you have chosen. Its character, context and relationships with views, light, access and topography are just a few of the many issues that must join the mix of ideas presented to us by our new prospective homeowner.
Our design will let you take advantage of the view.
Our on-site meeting will result in a priority of design ideas that allows us to help you visualize, through sketches and preliminary scale drawings, the layout and appearance of your new home. It is also very important at this early stage that budgeting for construction begins and becomes an integral part of the process.
Only after everyone is happy with the design development and budgeting phase of the journey do we proceed to the next step, the production of construction documents. These documents include scaled working drawings, outline specifications and a contract for construction.
Windows all around allow great views and natural light all day.
Groundbreaking is very exciting. We have managed through the years to put together a terrific team of subcontractors and suppliers that help us build a great home. Together we will provide the thought, effort, skill and timeliness needed to meet your and our expectations. Since we choose to only take on a few projects each year, our attention to yours is assured.
Our many homeowners will attest to the fact that their homebuilding journey with Conway Design-Build was a fun and rewarding experience. We have enjoyed working with all of our homeowners and are extremely proud of what we have accomplished together.
